This is a plain-language summary written for an early-access platform. It is not a substitute for the full terms that will accompany a purchase.

What you are buying
A purchase grants a licence to use a product under the terms of the tier you bought. It does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
Licences are held by an organisation rather than a person, so moving between people on the same team requires nothing.
Updates
A perpetual licence includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. Versions released within that window remain downloadable indefinitely, whether or not you renew.
Security fixes may be made available outside an update window at our discretion. Withholding a security fix from a paying customer is defensible contractually and indefensible otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days where the product has not been downloaded beyond reasonable evaluation. Digital goods make this a judgement call, and we make it in your favour.
A full refund revokes the licence. A partial or goodwill refund does not.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability of downloads and make no contractual uptime commitment during early access. Artifacts are retained permanently, so an outage delays a download rather than losing it.
