UT Studio sells the parts of a product that everybody rebuilds and nobody enjoys rebuilding — held to the standard you would apply to your own codebase.
What we refuse to do
Most of what makes a marketplace tolerable is a list of things it declines to do. Here is ours.
Take away what you paid for
A licence that stops working when a subscription lapses is a rental sold as a purchase. Every version inside your update window stays yours, permanently.
Change a release after publishing it
Published versions are immutable. A fix means a new version and a withdrawal notice on the old one — never a quiet replacement of the bytes you already trusted.
Ship source you cannot read
Minified bundles and build artifacts are not source. If you cannot maintain it after we stop, you have bought a liability.
Hide the terms
Whether you can use a product for client work is on the pricing page. Licence terms are structured data that renders, not a PDF nobody opens.

Standards
Held to the same bar as the platform
The architecture, the design system and the accessibility contract are public documents. A product that ships here is reviewed against them before it is listed — which is a slower way to build a catalogue and the only way to build one worth trusting.
