What we collect
An account requires an email address and a name. A purchase additionally requires a billing address and the tax identifier your jurisdiction needs on an invoice.
Downloads are logged with the organisation, the artifact and a salted hash of the requesting IP address. The address itself is never stored — the hash is enough to detect abuse and not enough to reconstruct where you were.
What we do not collect
No third-party advertising or behavioural tracking. No session recording. No data sold or shared with brokers.
Payment card details never reach our servers; the payment provider handles them and returns only a brand and last four digits.
How long we keep it
Orders, invoices and licence records are retained for as long as tax law requires, which is longer than we would otherwise choose. Download events are retained for abuse detection and rolled up into aggregates thereafter.
Deleting an account removes personal data. It does not remove financial records, which we are obliged to keep.
Your rights
You can request a copy of everything held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion within the limits above. Email us and a person will action it.
